If you would like to use a particular tent supplier you have sourced there is a 8% surcharge on their final bill for coordination with a supplier who is new to the venue.
This covers the extra coordination and administration caused by working with a supplier who doesn't know the venue.
The chosen supplier must professional and carry public liability insurance.

Rest assured your day will be hiccup free! No need for a noisy, unreliable generator. We've got you covered with mains electricity.

No need to worry about bringing water to site. We have plenty, with mains running fresh water!
